About me

From Service to Significance: My Journey of Faith, Finance & Community Impact

Hello, I’m Lola Olaoye — a U.S. Navy Veteran, retired Registered Nurse, Financial Services Broker, Pastor, Commissioner, and community leader. My journey has taken me from serving in the military, to caring for patients at the bedside, to helping families build wealth and legacy. Every chapter of my life has been driven by one mission: to serve, empower, and create impact that lasts beyond me.

Service in the Military

I began my journey in the U.S. Navy, where I learned the values of discipline, leadership, and service. Military life taught me what it means to sacrifice for others, and it opened my eyes to the unique challenges that veterans and active duty families face—especially when it comes to planning for the future.

Two Decades in Healthcare

After my military service, I spent over twenty years in healthcare as a Registered Nurse. I walked the long hours, carried the weight of responsibility, and witnessed both the beauty and the burnout of the profession.

While caring for others was fulfilling, I saw many healthcare workers, including myself, struggling to create financial freedom despite all the sacrifice. That realization planted a seed: there had to be a better way.

Transition to Finance & Leadership

That seed grew into my passion for financial services. I became a licensed Financial Services Broker and founded Oceanic Wells Leadership & Wealth Solutions, with a mission to equip healthcare workers, veterans, and families with the tools for financial independence and generational wealth. Today, I mentor individuals and teams nationwide—teaching them how to save wisely, invest with purpose, and build lasting legacy.

Ministry & Women’s Empowerment

My calling goes beyond business. As a Pastor and ministry leader, I’ve dedicated my life to empowering women of faith. Through Daughters of Esther, Faithful & Flourishing, and Sister CEO, I mentor women to rise boldly in their spiritual walk, strengthen their families, and embrace leadership with grace and excellence.

Family & Legacy

Beyond my titles and roles, I am first a wife and mother. I have been married to my husband, Iyioluwa, for over 24 years, and together we are blessed with a son and two daughters who inspire me daily.

Family is at the heart of everything I do—my faith, my service, and my passion for financial independence all flow from a desire to leave a legacy for them and for future generations.

I believe that legacy is intentional—and it begins at home.

My journey is proof that with God’s grace, determination, and vision, we can build marriages that flourish, raise children who lead, and create wealth that empowers generations.
